Tom, Lloyd, and Suzy run a nice motel at great prices. For that, you get everything you need plus friendly helpful care from this lovely trio. We even commented that we noticed them doing their own laundry on-site in a room as we pulled up. The sheets were in fact very clean and the beds/pillows very comfortable. We certainly recommend it and will stay there again. E
The room was spacious with a couch and a desk with a chair. It was well lit. The sheets where clean and the bed was comfortable. The washroom was nothing fancy but clean and well kept. There were extra towels and facecloths. I would have to say my experience at the comfort Inn Midtown was worth the stay!
It is located a little bit outside downtown but still within a 10 minute drive to downtown and the University. The rooms are nice and clean however the beds in our room were a bit short for taller individuals (5'10 and up) which was a bit strange and there was a bit of a smell. Service was really good, we had to check in very late (1 am) and the service was prompt and friendly. Breakfast that is included was probably more like 2.5/5 stars for quality and variety but I didn't leave the hotel hungry either. Overall it's a decent place to stay!

I stayed her for about 20 nights during my school year. The staff was great, always helpful! The price is very good and they were the only place i found that didn't need a credit card to book. The hotel itself needs a major facelife, especially the carpets, couches and drapes. I never had any issues for any of my visits and was usually able to book the room I liked most. If you don't need anything fancy this place is perfect
Phenomenal hotel with great, friendly owners! The rooms were cozy and had great washrooms. I enjoyed having a deep conversation with the owners about their son and their extraordinary stories. Great price compared to the other hotels nearby.
Very friendly staff all around. Always a pleasant stay when I travel. I've never had an issue while staying here. Rooms have always been clean, AC works well, beds are comfortable. A couple things around the building could be fixed or deep cleaned, but always very happy with my choice to stay here. Will gladly come back.
We needed a room for a day use as we were having repairs done to plumbing. This Inn gave us a beautiful king allowing our cat as well. We were able to check in at 10 and stay til. 5. Other major hotels in Kingston would not accommodate us. Very helpful front desk/ manager.
